Picking a name for your company is about as hard as picking a name for your child. However, you don’t have to find a domain name that is available for your child. The first suggestion to finding the right corporation name is finding a domain name that is available and fits your business description. The other option is to buy the name through a domain agent through places like GoDaddy.com. If your picking a domain I recommend creating a listing and as your looking the domain names strike through or circle the domains that happen to be available. 

A website for your company is a must in the business world. It gives your customers a chance to review your company and products before actually taking the time to come to your store. This may also be another way for you to do business. Having a nice shopping cart feature can also enhance your customer base. 

Probably the next hardest decision when starting up a business is picking the proper entity. Which one should I choose a C-Corp, S-Corp, an LLC, or a partnership.
